The HIGHFIVE project has also given rise to innovative projects like PREVAI, an AI-based tool for demand forecasting and purchasing optimization in cream cheese manufacturing. This project was introduced by AOTECH, Advanced Optical Technologies, S.L., Quescrem, and TripleAlpha.
